Hi, I haven't received the device, and after placing the order, you're telling me there's a problem with the laptop and initiating a refund. The issue is, who will cover the processing fee for the Credit Card EMI? Who is responsible for that amount, and how will I get it refunded? I'm extremely disappointed with the service and would appreciate assistance in resolving this.
