Very much satisfied with the service provided by Edify. When I received my laptop on 16th Oct, 2024 it wasn't on a running condition with later understood to be battery and motherboard issue. I was contacted by Edify service personnel on how my laptop was functioning where I explained them the entire scenario. They took in the laptop and within a week they fixed all the issues and also gave me two additional months of warranty. Highly recommended 👌
